Lady Barbara Speake pioneered the establishment of Barbara Speake Stage School which nurtured young stars like Naomi Campbell, Phil Collins, and Keith Chegwin, Brian Conley, Kwame Kwei Armah, Aml Ameen, Michelle Gayle, Amma Asante, Imani Williams, Jade, Noel and Rasheed (3/4 of the group DAMAGE) and many more internationally known names. She became a centerpiece in the British Performing Arts scene, partnering with her best friend June Collins to further develop talent through the establishment of Barbara Speake Agency.

Ms June Collins was a theatrical agent and producer discovering talent like Keith Chegwin, Brian Conley, Naomi Campbell and Jack Wild, who later received an Academy Award nomination for his portrayal of the Artful Dodger in Oliver.
Ms June Collins was a great visionary and supply practically all the children for the West End shows, film, television commercials and print.
She produced works such as Performance (1991) and Phil Collins: A Life Less Ordinary (2002).
